Additionally, HDR can make a property look more spacious and inviting, as it captures the full range of lighting and color in each room.
How long does it take to receive images/video?

A 24 hour turnaround time is guaranteed for all images. The majority of the time, our clients receive them within 12 hours after the shoot, but we always add extra time just in case!

All videos are delivered within 48 hours after the shoot.
What if the weather is bad?

The rainy/cloudy weather is not an issue for us. The sky replacements we provide ensure that you will receive stunning and bright images in either case.

However, as our drones are not waterproof, it is advisable to reschedule aerial photography/videography for another day.
How do I prepare for a photo shoot?

We will also send you a spreadsheet with all the necessary information once you have booked services with us. Having this in place will increase productivity during a photo shoot!
Do I need to be present?

No, although we'd love to meet you! As long as we can get into the property, we are good to go! We understand that things get busy sometimes.
How do I send a payment?

Payments are required before receiving the services. You can send a payment using any preferred method in the same place you will be receiving images.
